VyomOS provides an operations platform for academies and facilities. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, organization), operational data your organization enters into VyomOS (participants, schedules, payments), and technical data (browser, device, IP address) required to operate the service.
How we use information
To operate and secure the platform, deliver features you enable, communicate about service updates, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only with sub-processors (hosting, payments, email delivery) under strict data-protection agreements.
Data retention
Operational data is retained for the life of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. Contact privacy@vyomos.io to exercise them.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege operational access. Full details available on request.
